29 CFR 1910.217(b)(7)(iii): Mechanical power press(es) using part revolution clutches were not provided with a means of selecting off, inch, single stroke, and continuous (when the continuous function was furnished) with the clutch/brake control to select the type of operation of the press:  a)  Edgerton Forge, Inc., Edgerton, Ohio:  On or about February 11, 2014, the employer did not ensure that the #45 Bliss manufactured 65 ton part-revolution mechanical power press was equipped with a means for selecting various run modes, such as inch, single and continuous mode.  The press could only be run in continuous mode which exposed employees to crushing and struck-by hazards.
