29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms or service rooms were not kept clean and orderly or in a sanitary condition: a) On or about February 14, 2014, and at times prior, employees in the dishwashing and kitchen prep areas were exposed to tripping hazards where mops, floor squeegees, and similar cleaning implements were not stored securely after use, causing them to fall into the pathway of employees. Abatement Note: Abatement certification is required for this item (see enclosed "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet").
