(a) In Room 7 Optometry, there were flexible cords powering the Reliance Model 7800 Ophthalmic Instrument Stand that ran across the floor for approximately 5 feet to an electrical outlet behind the Blood Pressure Unit.  the cords created a tripping hazard for employees needing to access the Blood Pressure Unit and equipment along the wall containing the Right To Know Poster.
