29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms, and service rooms shall be kept clean and orderly and in a sanitary condition. (a) In Room 7 Optometry, there were flexible cords powering the Reliance Model 7800 Ophthalmic Instrument Stand that ran across the floor for approximately 5 feet to an electrical outlet behind the Blood Pressure Unit. the cords created a tripping hazard for employees needing to access the Blood Pressure Unit and equipment along the wall containing the Right To Know Poster.
