29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(ii) as required by 29 CFR 1960.8(b): The required working space about electric equipment rated 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground, was used for storage: (a) In the cleaning/housekeeping room 110, the working space about a main Square D electric panel labeled LD2 was blocked and used for storage of a laundry hamper unit, a waste can, and "Caution Wet" cones. Corrected during the inspection. The Department of Veterans Affairs was previously cited for a violation of this standard which was contained in OSHA inspection no. 1069425, Notice no. 1, item no. 1, issued on July 1, 2015 with respect to a workplace at Federal Way, WA and became a final order on July 29, 2015. The Department of Veterans Affairs was previously cited for a violation of this standard which was contained in OSHA inspection no. 763963, Notice no. 1, item no. 3, issued on December 26, 2012 with respect to a workplace at Federal Way, WA and became a final order on January 24, 2013.
