29 CFR 1926.350(a)(10): Oxygen cylinders in storage were not separated from fuel-gas cylinder or combustible materials (especially oil or grease), a minimum distance of 20 feet or by a noncombustible barrier at least 5 feet high having a fire-resistance rating of at least one-half hour: Uniform & Tango project, laydown area, Apra Harbor - On or about February 11, 2014 and at times prior thereto, oxygen and acetylene cylinders not in use were stored less than 20 feet from each other.
