29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(11): Material safety data sheets shall also be made readily available, upon request, to designated representatives and to the Assistant Secretary, in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1910.1020(e). The Director shall also be given access to material safety data sheets in the same manner. On or about February 14, 2014, at the construction site located at 10656 S. Mall Dr. Baton Rouge, LA 70809, the employer failed to produce the MSDS upon request for Sherwin Williams Pro Mar 200 Interior Paint, and Sherwin Williams DTM Acrylic.
