In the testing room testing booth, an ignition source, such as static electricity, was not eliminated or controlled when spraying a flammble liquid aerosol.    Abatement certification and abatement documentation is required for this violation.  The documentation should include written verification of abatement, applicable measurements or monitoring results, and photographs or videos which you believe will be helpful.  The abatement certification sheet is enclosed with the citation(s).

(Note: the training requirement includes all aspects of the PSM (process safety management) program, such as operating procedures (as described in the standard, 1910.119(f)(1) through (4)), maintenance and mechanical integrity, management of change, as well as other information requirements such as the employee participation plan.)
