29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use. F/T Constellation, factory area; on or about 09 February 2014 and times prior thereto, the S.A.S. Safety Corporation 5135 Portable Low-Profile Eyewash Station was not maintained in accordance to manufacturers requirements; for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes was not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use. Eyewash station was empty. This condition exposed employees to eye trauma hazards.
