29 CFR 1926.350(a)(10): Oxygen cylinders in storage were not separated from fuel-gas cylinder or combustible materials (especially oil or grease), a minimum distance of 20 feet or by a noncombustible barrier at least 5 feet high having a fire-resistance rating of at least one-half hour: a) On or about 2/6/14 at a rehabilitation project located at 149-145 Swan Street, Buffalo, New York; in the basement of the building, a 5 gallon gasoline can was approximately 5 feet away and a 5 gallon diesel can was 1 foot away from an oxygen cylinder that was in storage. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
