29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level. (a) Building, North Side Wall - On or about February 12, 2014 three employees were exposed to a fall hazard when pouring concrete inside a concrete block wall from a scaffold with no guardrail system or personal arrest system or safety net system in place.
