29 CFR 1910.1026(l)(1)(i): Chemical manufacturers, importers, distributors and employers did not comply with all requirements of the Hazard Communication Standard (HCS) (� 1910.1200) for chromium (VI): Spot Welding area, for employee(s) who performed spot welding on stainless steel daily, training on hexavalent chromium had not been conducted. The employer did not ensure that each exposed employee could demonstrate knowledge of at least the following: the contents of this section, and the purpose and a description of the medical surveillance program required by paragraph (k) of this section, and a copy of this section made readily available without cost to all affected employees.
