29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Installation and use. Listed or labeled equipment shall be installed and used in accordance with any instructions included in the listing or labeling. 1. In the Fabrication Department, near the material handler's desk, the employer was using two (2) metal fourplex outlet boxes with knockouts were being used as drops (extension cords) to energize equipment and tools. 2. In the Test Area, the employer was using a metal fourplex outlet box with knockouts as a drop (extension cord) to energize equipment and tools. 3. In the Brake Press Area, the employer was using a metal fourplex outlet box with knockouts as a drop (extension cord) to energize equipment and tools. 4. In the Tea Urn Area, the employer was using a metal fourplex outlet box with knockouts as a drop (extension cord) to energize equipment and tools.
