29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface having an unprotected side or edge which was six or more feet (1.8m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest system At the jobsite located 1600 Independence Avenue, Kennett, Missouri (Bayird, Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep, Ram of Kennett), on or about January 29, 2014, employees were observed actively installing underlayment felt on the roof of a commercial building with unprotected sides and edges without fall protection. The fall distance was greater than 6 feet to the ground below.
