29 CFR 1926.451(c)(3): Supported scaffold poles, legs, post, frames, and/or uprights were not plumb and braced to prevent swaying and displacement: At the construction site located at 506 S Kansas, Canton, KS: employees were performing masonry operations on the second level of the welded tubular scaffold. Near the center of the scaffold one of the frames was not braced to ensure it was plumb. Employees were exposed to a fall hazard in excess of twelve (12) feet.

At the construction site located at 506 S Kansas, Canton, KS: employees were performing masonry operations on the second level of the welded tubular scaffold.
