The S.L. Waber relocatable power tap designed and listed to provide power to high concentrations of low powered loads such as computers, printers, T.V.s, radios etc. was instead used to provide power to high powered loads such as: A Hamilton Beach coffee maker and a Proctor Simplex toaster oven.   c) North wall of the Receiving and Lateral Issue Room: A Fellowes relocatable power tap designed and listed to provide power to high concentrations of low powered loads such as computers, printers, T.V.s, radios etc. was instead used to provide power to high powered loads such as: a Gevallia coffee maker and a Hamilton Beach toaster.   d) South wall of the Generator Switch Gear Room: A relocatable power tap designed and listed to be "relocatable", was found to be screwed into the wall and it could not be removed by hand.    e) West wall of the 5th floor Plant Manager's Office: A relocatable power tap designed and listed to be "relocatable", was found to be attached to a section of electrical conduit with plastic banding, and it could not be removed by hand.    f) East wall of the 5th floor, above the 2585 Fax Machine: A relocatable power tap designed and listed to be "relocatable" was found to be attached to a section of electrical conduit with plastic banding, and it could not be removed by hand.   ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS REQUIRED
