Listed or labeled equipment shall be installed and used in accordance with any instructions included in the listing or labeling: a) On or about 02/20/14, at Carr 6622, Km 2.1, Sector La Linea, Morovis, PR, in the IT work area, a relocatable power tap was not directly connected to a permanently installed branch circuit receptacle. b) On or about 02/20/14, at Carr 6622, Km 2.1, Sector La Linea, Morovis, PR, in the ADP room area, two relocatable power taps were not directly connected to a permanently installed branch circuit receptacle. c) On or about 02/20/14, at Carr 6622, Km 2.1, Sector La Linea, Morovis, PR, in technician work area, a relocatable power tap was not directly connected to a permanently installed branch circuit receptacle.
