29 CFR 1926.1101(k)(3)(ii)(B): The employer did not inform employers of employees who worked and/or were working in adjacent areas of the location and quantity of asbestos containing material and/or presumed asbestos containing material present in the area: a) On or about December 10, 2013, the building owner/controlling contractor Urban Equity Properties, LLC. failed inform the subcontractor City Construction and Design, LLC of the presence of asbestos containing material (ACM) while performing construction within a commerical and/or residential building located in Rockford, IL. Abatement certification is required of this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(c).
