29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. a) At the Eggs'n Things construction project, Tumon Bay, employees were exposed to a fall hazard of more than 10 feet while on the roof installing signs without fall protection.

29 CFR 1926.405(a)(2)(ii)(I): Protection was not provided to avoid damage to flexible cords and cables used for temporary wiring which passed through doorways or other pinch points. a) At the Eggs'n Things, Construction Project, Tumon Bay, an extension cord was passed through doorways to extend power to the Milwaukee hand saw.
