Office Suite, where APC (uninterrupted power source) relocatable power taps were daisy chained with Tripp-Lite relocatable power taps and used to supply power to computer equipment. 2. IT Cubicle, where a relocatable power tap was daisy chained with an orange extension cord and used to supply power to computer equipment. (Item corrected) The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration was previously cited for a violation of this standard which was contained in OSHA inspection no. 906829.015 citation no. 2, item no. 4, issued on June 4, 2013 with respect to a workplace at Pasco, WA. 29 CFR 1910.36(g)(2): Exit access(es) were not at least 28 inches (71.1 cm) wide at all points: a) Office Suite, where exit accesses not maintained included: 1. Cubicle, where the placement of the cubicle walls at the entrance reduced the aisleway width to 26 inches. 2. Cubicle at the northeast wall, where the placement of desk and cubicle wall reduced the aisleway width to 21 inches. 3. Cubicle near computer room, where the placement of shelving and the cubicle wall reduced the aisleway width to 24 inches. 4. Cubicle at front entrance, where the placement of shelving and the cubicle wall reduced the aisleway width to 26 1/2 inches.
