29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2):Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling: (a) IT Specialist Cubicle; A Tripp Lite relocatable power tap was plugged into another relocatable power tap, which powered Dell computer equipment including a laptop, monitor, keyboard and mouse. The UL listing states that relocatable power taps are designed to be plugged into an outlet, and not "daisy chained" and plugged into other relocatable power taps or extension cords.

29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(ii):The required working space about electric equipment rated 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground, was used for storage: (a) Server Room; Several cardboard boxes with Hewlett-Packard Ultirum non-custom label 20 tapes, a briefcase, metal box and cords were stored underneath the CAC1-A 100V 208 V breaker panel.
