29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Employee(s) engaged in residential construction 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems or personal fall arrest systems nor was an alternative fall protection plan which meets the requirements of 1926.502(k) developed and implemented: a) 1701 South Street, Philadelphia, PA, South End of First Floor Deck: Employees performing carpentry work installing the first floor framing and decking were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 12 feet 10 inches without any form of fall protection. Observed on February 26, 2014.
