This condition was observed on or about February 26, 2016.      Masterkey Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard or essentially similar standard, 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1068678, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on November 12, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 113 Walnut St, Philadelphia, PA.    Masterkey Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard or essentially similar standard, 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 960212, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on April 28, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 1701 South Street, Philadelphia, PA.
