29 CFR 1910.305(a)(2)(x): Flexible cords and cables were not protected from accidental damage: (a) At Gates Corporation on or about February 25, 2014 a flexible cord was run from an outlet in a conference room into the ceiling where the cord was pinched between the edge of the metal suspended ceiling and a ceiling tile. (b) At Gates Corporation on or about February 25, 2014 a flexible cord was run from out of the ceiling in the entry foyer where the cord was pinched between the edge of the metal suspended ceiling and a ceiling tile. The cord had been energized to power a flat screen TV panel located on the wall above a door.
