Abatement documenation is required of this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d). Stertil ALM Corp. was previously cited for a repeat violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii), which was contained in inspection number 910370, citation number one, item number two and was affirmed as a final order 10/24/2013 with respect to a workplace located at 200 Benchmark Industrial Drive, Streator, IL 61364. 29 CFR 1910.134(g)(1)(i)(A): Respirators with tight-fitting facepieces were worn by employees who had facial hair that came between the sealing surface of the facepiece and the face or that interfered with valve function: A painting employee required to wear a tight-fitting respirator had facial hair which came between the sealing surface of the facepiece and the face. Abatement certification is required of this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(c).
