Bagging area under the weight hopper, employees were exposed to a caught in hazard, in that, the in-going nip point on the conveyor was not guarded.    f. Bagging area, at the hammer bagging conveyor system (a 3 section system), employees were exposed to a caught in hazard, in that, the in-going nip point was not guarded.    g. Bagging area shrink-wrap machine, employees were exposed to a caught in hazard, in that, the shrink wrap machine was raised and then lowered while wrapping product. The pinch point created by the machine's shrink roll base was not guarded.      h. Bagging area, at the mixer blend feed conveyor, employees were exposed to a caught in hazard, in that, the in-going nip point was not guarded.     i. Bagging area, at the blend discharge conveyor, employees were exposed to a caught in hazard, in that, the in-going nip point was not guarded.     j. Warehouse shrink-wrap machine, employees were exposed to a caught in hazard, in that, the shrink wrap machine was raised and then lowered while wrapping product. The pinch point created by the machine's shrink roll base was not guarded.    k. Bagging area at the back of the Doyle mixer, employees were exposed to a caught in hazard, in that, the rotating drum on the back of the mixer was not guarded.
