29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(C): Flexible cords and cables were used where run through doorways, windows, or similar openings. On or February 27, 2014, on the backside of the Company Man trailer, a 100-foot orange electrical extension cord used to power the sewage pump was run through the lid and wall of containment tank. Employees were exposed to electrical shock hazards.
