This condition exposed employees to electrical shock hazards.

29 CFR 1910.305(j)(2)(v): A receptacle installed outdoors in a location protected from the weather or in other damp locations did not have an enclosure for the receptacle that was weatherproof when the receptacle was covered (attachment plug cap not inserted and receptacle covers closed): On or about November 14, 2017, at the back side of the directional drillers' trailer, there was a receptacle outlet which was missing its weatherproof enclosure. This exposed the employees to electric shock hazards.
