29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met:    (a) Saw and warehouse areas- The employer had not established or implemented a hazard communication program to include a written program, maintaining material safety data sheets, and training. Employees were exposed to hazardous substances such as, but not limited to, a plastic glue (Décor #311) containing methyl ethyl ketone and acetone, Plastibond 1500 (Décor #764) containing ethyl cyanoacrylate, and TerraCair Ultrapure DEF containing urea.

29 CFR 1910.134(k)(6): The employer did not provide the basic advisory information on respirators, as presented in Appendix D of 29 CFR 1910.134, in written or oral format to employees who wear respirators when such use was not required by the employer:  (a) Saw area- Employees using filtering facepiece respirators (dust masks) while sawing picture frame moulding were not given the information contained in Appendix D of the respirator standard. The dust masks were used on a voluntary basis only.
