29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: a. On or about February 28, 2014, on the 7:12 pitch roof slopes, employees installing roof sheathing were exposed to a 10 feet fall hazard from the eaves in that they were not protected by a fall protection system. b. On or about February 28, 2014, on top of the roof trusses, employees installing truss framing and bracing were exposed to a 14 to 27 feet fall hazard through the trusses in that they were not protected by a fall protection system.
