Examples of guarding methods are-barrier guards, two-hand tripping devices,electronic safety devices, etc.    a. On or about December 11, 2013 - at the above addressed jobsite, an employee was required to operate the Jessup Z-1 plating machine with unguarded parts,  thereby exposing the employee to caught in and amputation hazards.
