29 CFR 1910.132(a): Employer did not provide personal protective equipment to be used when necessary whenever hazards capable of causing injury or impairment were encountered:  (a) Jeannie's Diner, Bldg. 52010, Fort Huachuca, AZ 85613:  On or about 5 March 2014, and at times prior thereto, the employer did not provide cold-environment protective clothing for employees regularly assigned to enter and work inside of the walk-in freezers, exposing these employees to hazards.

29 CFR 1910.132(b): Employee-owned equipment: Where employees provide their own protective equipment, the employer did not assure its adequacy, including proper maintenance, and sanitation of such equipment:  (a) Jeannie's Diner, Bldg. 52010, Fort Huachuca, AZ 85613:  On or about 5 March 2014, and at times prior thereto, the employer did not ensure the adequacy, proper maintenance, and sanitation of cold-environment protective equipment (jackets) which were employee-owned and used by employees regularly assigned to enter and work inside the walk-in freezer, exposing them to hazards.
