29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: a) Mountain View Golf Course, Bldg. 15479, Wilcox Road, Fort Huachuca, AZ 85670: On or about 6 March 2014 and at times prior thereto, a 5-gallon and a 1.5-gallon container of battery fluid (sulfuric acid) were stored/used in the maintenance shop; an eyewash was not provided within the area to irrigate and flush the eyes in case of an emergency.
