29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks: In the production area, point of operation guards were missing, exposing employees to a struck by hazard, in the following instances: 1) Ritter Multi-Head Drilling Machine had no point of operation guard. 2) Delta Drill Presses have no point of operation guards (2 each) 3) Locally manufactured Multi-drill in the hangout area has no point of operation guard.
