29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) for employees performing residential roofing work at Charleston Landings Apartments at 922 Delaney Circle in Brandon (FL), as observed on or about 03/07/2014. Six out of the seven employees working on the roofs of apartment building with slopes of 4-12 and 9-12 were not wearing fall protection. Employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 25-feet and 11-inches.
