29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line system and guardrail system, warning line system and safety net system, or warning line system and personal fall arrest system, or warning line system and safety monitoring system.  Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system:    a) At the jobsite, employees in the process of roofing activities on a 4 in 12 slope (vertical to horizontal) roof, were exposed to an 8'-11" fall hazard, in that, fall protection equipment was not installed or utilized, observed on or about 07/10/2014.       Elite Roofing Services, Inc., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 961716, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on May 1, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 922 Delaney Circle, Brandon, FL.    Elite Roofing Services, Inc., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 316222959, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on January 19, 2012, with respect to a workplace located at 23650 Venezia Blvd., Land O' Lakes, FL.    Elite Roofing Services, Inc., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 315570473, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on April 29, 2011, with respect to a workplace located at 1300-1308 S. Dale Mabry Hwy., Tampa, FL.
