NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(4): Ladder(s) were used for purposes other than the purpose for which they were designed: a) On or about 3/7/14 at the new Buffalo Medical Group building project located at 3900 North Buffalo Road, Orchard Park, New York; an employee drilling a hole to mount a fixture was using a 6 foot step ladder to reach his work. The step ladder was not opened with spreaders locked as designed. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
