29 CFR 1910.305(a)(2)(x): Flexible cords and cables were not protected from accidental damage, as might be caused, for example, by sharp corners, projections, and doorways or other pinch points. (a) Maintenance Connex hanger 3: The main power cable to power the electric circuit breaker box was running through back side of the door. This exposed employees to a potential serious shock hazard if the cord got cut by the door closing on it. (b) Maintenance Connex hanger 3: Two extension cords were running through the back side of the door. This exposed employees to a potential shock hazard if the cord got cut by the door closing on it.
