29 CFR 1926.150(c)(1)(iv): There was not at least one fire extinguisher located adjacent to stairways on each floor of a multistory building: (a) Jobsite - No fire extinguishers were supplied near the open flame propane heaters. The Gary Chicoine Construction Company, was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.150(c)(1)(iv), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 680978, citation number 01, item number 001, and was affirmed as a final order on 11/20/12, with respect to a workplace located at 8 Braemoor Woods Road, Salem, NH.
