Unit 61 - On or about April 1, 2015, the staircase utilized by the employees to access the second floor level was not provided with a handrail on either side of the staircase. Instance b. Building #8. Unit 62 - On or about April 1, 2015, the staircase utilized by the employees to access the second floor level was not provided with a handrail on either side of the staircase. Instance c. Building #8. Unit 64 - On or about April 1, 2015, the staircase utilized by the employees to access the second floor level was not provided with a handrail on either side of the staircase. Instance d. Building #2. Unit 79 - On or about April 1, 2015, the staircase utilized by the employees to access the second floor level was not provided with a handrail on either side of the staircase.
