29 CFR 1910.272(j)(1): The employer did not develop and implement a written housekeeping program that established the frequency and the method(s) determined best to reduce accumulations of fugitive grain dust on ledges, floors, equipment, and other exposed surfaces. On March 10, 2014, Hueber L.L.C. did not develop a written housekeeping program that would prevent grain dust accumulation of in excess of 1/8 inch on the ledges, floors, equipment and upper interior horizontal surfaces in the feed mill. Abatement certification is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(c).

Abatement certification is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(c).
