29 CFR 1926.50(g): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: On February 20, 2014 at the Lockwood Housing Improvements, Phase 1 Naval Base Guam project, the eyewash was unstable and placed at a height that made it unsuitable for immediate flushing of eyes.
