(c) Employees were exposed to amputation hazards while working on Press #588-1 and the employer did not ensure that the point of operation was properly guarded. (d) Employees were exposed to amputation hazards while working on Press #588-2 and the employer did not ensure that the point of operation was properly guarded. (e) Employees were exposed to amputation hazards while working on Press #804 and the employer did not ensure that the point of operation was properly guarded. (f) Employees were exposed to amputation hazards while working on Press #3000-1 and the employer did not ensure that the point of operation was properly guarded.
