29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1): Unused openings in boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not effectively closed. On or about March 12, 2014, and times prior thereto, at a work station inside the shop, an electrical box used to energize the lights, coffee pot and electrical tools was missing a knock-out plug, exposing employees to electrical and fire hazards.
