29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: This violation occurred on or about March 13, 2014, at a job site located at 1945 West Southwest Loop 323, Tyler, Texas 75701, where employees working on a roof were not protected from falling approximately 30 feet to the ground below. Ramon Rodriguez was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 316092618, citation number 1, item number 2, and was affirmed as a final order on January 24, 2012, with respect to a workplace located at 10928 Audelia Road, Dallas, Texas 75243.
