29 CFR 1910.145(f)(3): Tags were not used as a means to prevent accidental injury or illness to employees who are exposed to hazardous or potentially hazardous conditions, equipment or operations which were out of the ordinary, unexpected or not readily apparent. Tags were not used until such time as the identified hazard is eliminated or the hazardous operation is completed. a) CNG Refueling Station #1 - tags were not used to indicate that the line from pump #1 was damaged after an incident where the CNG line was disconnected inadvertently. This item was corrected during the inspection.
