29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1): Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment (operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground) to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment:  On or about March 13, 2014 the area in front of a 50 KVA MGM Transformer, S/N 06-09-06-11172B-2, Lighting Panel 50T1 was not kept clear.  A file cabinet with flammable spray cans was directly in front of the transformer.  The transformer was located in the VFD trailer found on the Rig 299 drilling site.  This condition exposed workers to an electrical hazard.
