29 CFR 1910.106(d)(7): 1910.106(d)(7): Suitable fire control devices, such as small hose or portable fire extinguishers, were not available at locations where flammable liquids are stored:   Diesel fuel storage tank:  On or about March 17, 2014, employees rigging up an oil/gas well drilling rig on a well site used and worked around the diesel tank supplying the rig engines.  The posted fire extinguisher had been removed and not replaced.
