OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which was free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees:     On or about March 8, 2014, and times prior to, at 9301 Frazier Pike in Little Rock, Arkansas, in the Spiral Department, there was an excessive accumulation of stencil paint on the forward/reverse switch on the control board for the stenciling conveyor line which prevented the switch from automatically returning to its neutral position.  This condition results in unwanted pipe movement resulting in employees entrapment, struck-by and/or crushing hazards by oncoming pipe 42" diameter, 80' long and up to 10 tons.     Welspun Tubular, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard Section 5(a)(1), which was which was contained in OSHA inspection number 314737206, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on August 25, 2011, with respect to a workplace located at 9301 Frazier Pike in Little Rock, Arkansas.
