29 CFR 1926.1425(d): The employer did not ensure that only employees needed to receive a load were within the fall zone when a load is being landed. a) Kalahari Resort: Employees were positioned and placed within the fall zone of a 15x15 steel plate being landed by a Rough Terrain 80T RT780 Terex Crane during concrete form preparation operations, observed on or about March 18, 2014. b) Kalahari Resort: Employees were positioned and placed within the fall zone of material being landed by a Liebher Crawler Crane during concrete form preparation operations, observed on or about March 18, 2014. Abatement Certification Required.
