29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6): The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the product identifier, signal word, hazard statement(s), pictogram(s), precautionary statement(s) and name, address, and telephone number of the chemical manufacturer, importer, or other responsible party.  a)  On or about January 14, 2014 a secondary container of "WD-40" was noted without a proper label, tag or marking regarding the identity of the chemicals or the hazards of the contents.  b)  On or about January 14, 2014 a secondary container of "Simple Green" was noted without a proper label, tag or marking regarding the identity of the chemicals or the hazards of the contents.
